Our boys got a marvelous 2-1 win today against the manchester United reserves, and Ruben Rochina was the difference between the teams. One of his goal was simply world class, and it was incredibly fun to watch. It was just a pity that he had to leave the pitch a bit into the second half. Manchester United’s reserve team plays exactly the same as United do and they had the ball much during the second half, but our boys fought hard and defended excellently. And in the first half I feel that we were the better team. We were dangerous on the counter attack and was alone with the goal keeper, and we had several other chances as well. This win means that Blackburn Rovers reserve team win the league in the north and will travel to Stamford Bridge on Monday to meet Chelsea who won the reserve league in the south. And if they play like today, there are great opportunities to win there too.

Proud boys who makes me proud to be their team mate.
