Home to Norway
Conceding goal like we did yesterday is simply inexcusable, and I can’t do anything but to apologize to all you supporters. And I promise that it is just as annoying for us players as for you supporters. But let’s just forget that game. I’d rather talk about you wonderful supporters, for you guys really makes our job more pleasant. Game after game you guys do a fantastic job and us players really appreciate it. We definitely have to have the most humorous supporters in the Premier League, for it is incredibly good mood among your supporters. I’ve said it before and say it again, I’m glad you are ours and will not trade you to anyone.
Now I’m at the airport in Manchester and on my way to Norway. It’s national team duty and we’re playing against Poland, and it’s going to be good to meet up with the national team again. We’re climbing like h*ll on the FIFA rankings and is on 11 place, and it’s fun that we’re begining to be around the big football nations. But it’s in the end of March when we play against Denmark in the qualification we really get to see what we’re made of, and we’re looking forward to it.
Today it’s the Sami National Day so congratulations to everybody

Poor result but what surely is more important is going forward to get a good result against Newcastle. Anyway you hit some good cross and set piece against Wigan.Good job!
Great game yesterday but defeat is hard to take after the way the team has played in recent games, but defensively we were very poor and this must change now. We are still only 5 points above the relegation zone and you and the rest of the team must now sort it out and get things right quickly !!
Unlucky result yesterday, its always hard to get a good result away from home. Do you know Erik Stensrud Pedersen?
Dumt me kampen i går
Bedre lykke neste gang! ;D
Lykke te me kampen mot Polen! ;D Håpe den går på tv
Steve keane must work on the defense our defense under allardyce was rock solid and yesterday wigans third goal summed it up they past it around in the box for about 5 mins without a tackle before cooly slotting it home no goals under allardyce would have come like that
Happy Sami National Day, Morten!!!
Have a great trip with Norway, but please don’t come back injured! We need your skill and effort for the rest of the season!
I think the surface had something to do with it, Wigan’s pitch is simply atrocious at the best of times and yesterday with the rain, it meant you could hardly play the ball on the ground at all.
Also the support was great yesterday, a sold out away section and quite a lot of Rovers fans sat in the Wigan stands as well.
Enjoy your trip home morten, three points coming our way on Saturday hopefully….
I was there Morten, I know YOU gave all YOU could but the result was very hard to take. Anyway, enjoy your time at home and hopefully we can pick up some points on Saturday. Fingers crossed.
Enjoy your trip home morten! I’m just watching ‘Arctic with Bruce Parry’ on BBC2 and he is with some Sami people in Norway!
have a great home trip, and please be carefull. Injuries are not good. Because Rovers need you, Norway need you, WE need you.

I watched the BBC2 programme last night too! Sami people are really laid back but tough people who cheerfully deal with everything that comes their way. Are you a Sami, Morten? Best wishes for the international!
