Good Week
We should have killed the match within the first 25 minutes, but we could not score and had to work hard to win. The match changed a little after the collision between Gael Givet and Jamie Mackie, maybe we dropped down a level and invited QPR back in the game. Givet is alright though, he just got a knock in his knee and he’s made of steel anyways, but unfortunately Mackie broke his foot. You never want to see that on the football pitch, but unfortunately it happens from time to time. From my position it looked like a fair challenge in which both misses the ball and they collide. I would like to wish Mackie good recovery and wish him back as soon as possible. I thought Petter Vaagan Moen did a very good match and he could with a little luck sent a screamer of a free-kick straight in the top corner, it took a superb Mark Bunn to deny his dream goal. And that means I still have the best Norwegian fot in England this year, luckily, he he:) And luckily it’s a whole week to the next game and we can let the body recover after the hard Christmas program. Now it’s have a dinner with some good friends, have a nice weekend folks.

Good result - looks like we got stuck in early. Nice to see JR get on the score sheet, he’s improving his form. To your point, Morten, let’s hope for a speedy recovery for our Givet and Mackie too, a horrid injury to be sure.
Looks like you’re still retaining your title of Norway’s finest export in the Prem, Gamst, haha.
Du gjorde tydeligvis en god figur: http://www.vg.no/sport/fotball/engelsk/artikkel.php?artid=10037302 . Flott!
Gratulerer med seier’n
Kan du vurdere bloggen min og legge igjen en kommentar?? Det hadde vært veldig snilt
soccernet: ‘… At the heart of it all was Morten Gamst Pedersen, who was the major creative force from central midfield. …’
El Hadji Diouf. I feel sorry for you to play along with that idiot. He is a nobody.
glad Givet is ok, i hope you enjoyed your dinner tonight. Enjoy the rest of your weekend
In response to Omg’s post - Neil Warnock isnt exactly whiter than white! What an prat he should keep his big mouth shut and focus on his own players and performance. Nobodys perfect so why criticise Diouf so publically?!
Anyway welldone morten great result! I missed the liverpool match due to work commitments so was good to be down at ewood today and see the team win!
Another great win today well done!enjoy some rest u all deserve it
gamsten, du er heit
Joe, when you say nobody is perfect it still doesn’t condone what he did. It’s like condoning Barton’s punch on Morten…
Anyways, I hear he’s actually a nice guy off the field and has done a lot of charity work…
Have a nice break Morten and recharge those batteries…great game today
haha…sometimes I copy and paste some of the norwegian comments into google translate. LOL at #12!
Im am just glad the one who broke his foot is not you!
Hey Morten,
It’s great that you’ve playing some great football. Long may it continue -along with your wonderful free kicks! Great game and really happy that everything is working out for you. Good result in the cup and I hope the same for the Chelsea match. You have really earned your rest.
