This is the meal I mostly eat the day before a game. For those of you who knows the menu at San Carlo in Manchester will recognise it as the filetto barolo. I like to have it with mixed vegetables and a tomato/cucumber salat. But before I could put my theeth in that bad boy I had a lecture for some business leaders from Northern Norway where I talked about similarities and differences between top football and business, and what businesses can learn from top football. It was a great experience and very fun.
