Today I invited myself to dinner to some friends of mine. They come from the same part of Norway as me and i know that they have some wild salmons that they have fished themself. And wild salmon is so much better than farmed salmon. So dinner today was an easy choice, and it is so easy to make.
Then I put it in the oven on 180 degree celsius for ca 10 minutes depending on the size of the fish. If it is in the oven too long it will dry out.
Serv with rice and sour cream, bon apetite
