It is surprisingly easy to make home made ice cream and it will impress any date you invite on dinner, and if you do your job correctly here it might be some dessert on you later.

The ingridiens are simple, three – four eggs, depend on size. 100 g sugar. 1 or 2 vanilla pods. 2 dl milk and 2 dl double cream

Take out the seeds from the vanilla pods and mix it with the milk, heat the milk so it almost starts boiling, then you let it cool for a few minutes. Meanwhile whip the sugar and egg yolk to a firm cream, and whip the double cream into whipped cream.

Mix it all together well

And have it in the freezer. It will take a few hours before it is frozen. The most important is to stir/whip it every 45/60 minutes or else it will be solid as rock.

This is just one of many ways to make ice cream, and you can mix inn whatever you want.
