Marbella training camp
After the last game of each season I always travel with some friends to Marbella for a week of training. It’s something I do to strenghten my body so I avoid injuries. On this trip I brought Stig, Lars Iver, Dan Kristian and Chris with me, and we trained three times a day for eight days. It is long and hard days, but it is important to take care of your body and it’s so good when we’re done. We had rented a beautiful villa and we had a great time in the sun. We begin each day with either a running or cycling session, then we go in the gym in the afternoon before we finishing the training day with a round of circuit training with focus on core stability.

Hi Morten,
As a life long Blackburn Rovers fan, I just want to say thank you. You have been a fantastic servant to this club through the good times and the bad times. It is nice to know that we have players who would call themselves fans, and who feel the pain of this relegation as much as we do.
To hear that you will stay with Blackburn Rovers in the upcoming seasons is a great boost in my belief that we have a chance and that there is still some heart and fight left inside our club.

Morten we are so grateful for all your hard work this is a true indication of your dedication to the Rovers. I am almost 100% sure that pretty much the whole of our team is not showing half as much commitment as this in their training schedules at the moment. They are more than likely drowning their sorrows in the pub much like Steve Kean is and has been during his tenure! We love you Morten and you truly are a great servant for our club you have been the only ray of light in my darkest days as a Rovers fan and I find solace in the statements you have made. Enjoy your summer mate and I cant wait to see you double your free kick tally next year in the Championship and fight with us to get us back where we belong!

Kristian var kjempe gla for videosnutten på telefonen, han har kjempe lyst å komme på en kamp å se deg om det blir i England eller i Norge. Han ligger fortsatt våken etter 3 timer i sengen og ser på den store plakaten han har av deg på rommet (hehehe). Håper du hadde en fin dag i går med Statoilgjengen.

Hi Morten. Just wanted to echo what Ben said in his comment. You are one of the very few things that still make me proud to be a Rovers fan. It was 6 great years at the club before Venkys arrived and your continued loyalty to the club is admirable with those idiots in charge. I for one will be calling for a testimonial match in 2 years and it should be very well attended. You’re one of the last of a dying breed, a real one-club man. On behalf of all true Rovers fans, thanks.
