Happy new year
Happy New Year folks 
This was three incredible points, and it suited us just fine picking four points from the two last “impossible” games against Liverpool and Manchester United on Anfield and Old Trafford. Right now I’m so so tired, and I can’t be bodered writing so much on the blog today. Now I will relax a few hours, then I’ll take my family and friends out for a better meal at San Carlo restaurant later this evening.

Abs lad!!! Of course I am!!! I’m a true Rovers fan!! Great 4 points absolutely delighted, but does Kean have to go still? Yes in my book. Things have gone to far. As for Mort, let’s just think about United’s 2nd goal and what amazing part he played in that!!! A few years ago they talked about him playing for United against Rovers as United were thought to be interested in him, almost looked like that on Saturday!!! Don’t care about stats, how far he has run, how many yards he has passed it, I judge him on the performance to the eye, and in my honest opinion I don’t think he is good enough anymore. Great pro, great lad I’m sure, great team mate no doubt just not a great footballer anymore. Let’s see how we do against Stoke tomorrow before we make any judgements on Kean staying. 3 points would do very nicely.

Pedersen I can’t even be bothered to give you stick anynore. Surely you must see how bad you are and feel like you aren’t good enough. That free kick against Stoke was just pathetic. Your pathetic, the only tackle you have connected with in your career you took out steve kean. At one point yesterday you ran away from a tackle, it was laughable. Just go will you, go back home as nobody else will want you. We need you gone so that we can use your wage on someone who can make a difference. Check out how Etherington played against Rovers with his crossing and corners, now that’s how you do it. Stop making token gestures to jump and head the ball just give your shirt up and go home.
You are just the only one who can deliver good from set-pieces, corners and long throws. Sorensen was vulnerable all day long from set-piece situation. Perhaps you should deliver instead of shooting in that one occasion.
Dave - you’re pathetic. Reading the rubbish that you post on here infuriates me more than listening to empty promises from Steve Kean. Give it up! MGP - thought we were pretty unfortunate against Stoke. Just watched the full recorded match over here in Australia and pleased to see a bit more Rovers possession at last. You put in some great corners which should have been finished off and there was one tackle in particular that gave us all a giggle
Definitely a dodgy clearance on your part at Old Trafford but we got away with it and a win against United is awesome for every true blue! Chin up.

Im not a rovers upporter never have been never will be i just worked their once, so has for the i love mgp i think that is going a bit far, and so what if he gets paid millions we cant decide how much footballers get paid and the hight clubs like united and arsenal and all the rest of their player get paid so much more that what mort gets.

funny how everyone is criticising Dave. I think he is spot on…MGP, you need to be told, i came to the match and all the fans down my end were commenting on how you play, not well enough! You dont ever go for a tackle, two corners straight at the goalkeeper. Pathetic. At the end of the day, we lost at Stoke regardless of how many chances we got and you play a big part in that loss. Theres no point praising him, he needs to be told, if you were a rovers fan you would as we need to improve. He may be good off the pitch but he sure isnt on the pitch. pahahahhaa, but thing is, i don’t particularly know what team you have been watching. When a team loses its nothing to do with one player? they are supposed to lose as a team. Also, what dave said was just rude. It wasn’t criticism, he was saying it in a way that no one should be spoken in. At least you can say it in a nicer way. I would just like to point out that just because you see a girls name it is wrong to assume she is a fan of a player or any less of a rover. Yes Im female, but sinse my first season ticket aged 5 I have been at ewood cheering on the team that I have grown up loving and am very passionate about,,,NOT ‘checkin out the players.’ Of course players accept criticism, its an important part of their job but it must be constructive and not a personal attack. Saying that, they also need support and praise too. Players play well when they have confidence. Do you really think its a coincidence that our away form is better than our home form at the minute? Its a tough patch at the minute to say the least and so although I agree that the way the club is run and managed needs to be changed, I will remain 100% behind the team at every single match, being nothing but supportive from kick off to the final whistle. They know when they have made mistakes and need to do things better. They are the pros, they dont need us to tell them that. The fans can make a difference..get behind the lads!

True blue, the funny thing is i am female too, youre wrong in assumin i said that due to female names. The only reason i said that was due to the fact that everyone seems to judge to defend him whereas that shoud not be the case…footballera are there to get stick…i didnt say it was his fault entirely but he added to the loss. Im only saying this because he has got the potential to play better but it seems like he chooses not to, this can be seen by his attitude on the pitch where he simply fails to tackle or defend when he is very close to the player. Im just telling him because he needs to play with a bit of passion, not just stand there waiting for someone else to make a tackle. His deliveries were also not good.
I assure you i am not Dave, and i do understand that some of the things he said like ‘go bk to where you came from’ is wrong but if im being honest, a lot of the fans where i was sitting were saying the same thing. It only adds to the frustration when your losing that a player does not seem to be moving on the pitch much
Jump to defend him* - im sorry but i can not say anything positive currently because there was nothing positive about the way he played. A few years ago, he was playing so good that united wanted to signhim, shows to me that he has got potential. Now, i wouldnt be surprised if PNE didnt sign him. Cmon Morton, play with passion and show the fans you want to win games. Please tell Samba on the fans behalf not to leave. Without him, we are DOOMED.

And the fans around me surely made it heard. And i watched it live at Ewood Park. I watched whilst he stood there, i watched as he played corners straight ag GK, i watched as he took the lame freekick. I wasnt even gonna say anything on here cos i thought he’d probably be told by someone else but unfortunately most of you just give credit when it is not due. And dont give criticism when due.
Shame really that im wasting my time here saying this for the clubs sake when so called fans oppose what im saying. the female comment was made about an earlier post wi someone sayin ‘ignore all the girls on here, they just wanna be mrs gamst’ which i dont think was made by yourself ‘DONT WANT TO BE RELEGATED.’ as well as other little quips thats have appeared here and there. I simply wanted to demonstrate that generalisations cant be made like that to immediately discredit a persons opinion without knowing anything. I am not disputing the fact that criticism is important, I never have, but i think it needs to be done properly and not by attacking a person. I think every player who pulls on a Blackburn shirt deserves respect and support always, and yes, support can come in the form of criticism. Its true that blind praise doesnt help anyone, but at the ground I have noticed that some players are turned against by the fans much more quickly than others which doesnt sit right. I think we should be behind them all. I know if id made a mistake I would respond better to bein told to get my chin up knowing someones behind me rather than being booed at. I understand the fans frustrations but thats just my mindset.

Dave, Blackburn have scored 29 goals this season which is 6th in the league, Morten have been involved in way or the other in more than half of those. How excactly is that bad? I’m excited to hear your response. Because quite frankly I don’t think you have the slightest idea about the game of football.
