Bolton at home tonight
Tonight we have a must-win game at home against Bolton. Right now I do not care for anything but this game, and we’re gonna win this one, I’m telling you. Our results are just too bad this season, and I hate to be where we are on the table. We just have to reset, roll up our sleeves and fight for every ball. Blackburn are a big club with proud traditions, and I am proud to play here. Therefore, I must say that I will do my very best no matter what position I am being asked to play in. Good luck tonight everyone. I hope we’re getting an early Christmas present at Ewood Park tonight.

You played really well tonight Morten to say you were out of position, massive amount of effort.The end of the second half looked hopeful, really thought Samba had got the equaliser at the end. At the end of the day though the result was bad and everyone knows that. Thank Jason, Grant and Robbo as well as yourself for clapping the fans at the end, it is appreciated by the fans. Keep your heads up and remember the Kean-out ”fans” aren’t chanting against the players by any means and try not to let it get to you all, I don’t agree with the negative chanting by them at all, it does nothing for the players AT ALL and they need to get their collective two brain cells together and realise this, it gets team moral down, instead they need to get cheering the team and getting behind them. How did he not play well? Fair enough he made a few mistakes but this was his 2nd time playing completely out of position and he could have done a hell of a lot worse! Love to see you do better in the same situation.

For all those saying negative comments for kean should not be made? What should be done? Do you really want kean to stay. We are destined for relegation. WE have 10 Points in 19 Games. Therefore we need 30 more points in 17 games which means we need to perform like a top 4 side. Have a look at the table. Gamst just looks out of it. It does not seem like the players are putting 100% in, the truth hurts, but face it. Disgraceful performance first half, not even seen a conference team perform that bad! Well Said LeCasio! Disgrace!

Hard times Morten. I think we’ve all accepted we’re doomed this season but we have to look at it as one step back to go two forward. Get rid of Kean and Venky’s, start again next season.
I hope you stay when we go down as we have some exceptional young players and they could do with your experience and your fantastic attitude towards the club and the supporters.

Thanks to you and Robbo and Hanley for coming over to Blackburn end at the end of a very difficult game. We’re doomed!! It is heart breaking for all of us but as you know, the fans are not against the players. He has to go TODAY!!
Unfrortunately this was not your best game Peds. Slow start (whole first half) much better performance second half but by then it was too late. Football is a game of 2 things… When you have the ball and when the opposition have the ball. When you don’t have the ball you work hard to get back and do your job. When we have the ball what can you do to help your team mates. Kean has to go his poor tactics and attitude has gone far enough! I could only watch the game live on Sky Sports as i live in Guernsey and am unable to come to most games
Let’s hope Kean gets the sack and we get somone with more expereince and knowledge of the game. COYB!!

I am usually behind you and the team and try and look for positives but i just cant see any any more!!!! Morten, whyyyyyyy are you playing at LB you reallyyyyyy cant play well there you need to be back in midfield were you belong!!! Last night i really couldnt see any passion or spirit for the game!!!!! Like many others i really want KEAN OUT!!!!! I want our old club back the one that wins games and has a true passion for the club!!!! The pressure was probably unbareable with so many of the home fans booing that it made bolton probably feel like they were playing at home.

I actually don’t no what to say. This man does not know how to manage a club, he is playing you at full back. If i was him i would have put Nzonzi as a centre half (as he is defensive minded) and hanley at full back. Also why play 4-5-1 kean said it was a must win game and we were at home, I mean come on if it is a must win game then shove more than 1 up front. He should know that the Yak is not the most mobile player, yes he will get you bags loads of goals but he needs some one up their with him so he has support. I personally dont blame the players , I blame both kean and Venkys!

Abid, he gets paid £40k+ a week, pressure should be ideal to make him play well because he has no financial worries in the world like all the rest of us. That’s real pressure. All he has to do is tackle PROPERLY, pass to his OWN team and consistently get down the line and deliver a cross. 3 things, not ouside the realms of possibilty since he is getting paid such a stupid amount of money really is it?
So, any help to the team when you just said that, Dave? No one should even on the pitch when you said that. And, when a left midfielder can do what you said, he is a classy left back already! Which fullback in the PL you can see they can do this all?
It is a help to the team because I’m pointing out that he is not good enough and needs to go with Kean and Venkys. Steven Reid managed it last week against us and is he a right back?? I think not! Come back when you’ve taken off your blinkers mate.

Could you do any better dave, you may point out about the money they recieve in a week and yeah no footballer on this earth deserves that much good or bad, that money should go to all those people that fight for this country but that is not what this is about, blackburn are going down there’s no two ways about it. Agree with most of the above.It will get worse - all teams need leadership from the top, ie the owners, then the manager, then the players.The biggest tossers of all are the fools who ran the walker trust …..trust being the operative word, Jack left them his love BRFC, and they sold it to some underfunded fools thousands of miles away….. he would turn in his grave.So they either need to sell a shit load more chickens quick and buy us a decent CEO, who will then appoint a decent manager, who will then inspire a team to start winning, or sell the club and piss off.The later being my prefered option.

“What next” is absolutely right about the Walker Trust, they’ve betrayed Jack’s trust and his legacy. Venkys aren’t fit to own this club. I can understand Dave’s anger too but it’s no good blaming Morten. Ultimately the blame lies with Venkys. It doesn’t look as if they’ll sack Kean, which should be the first thing they should do, he’s clearly out of his depth. Who on earth’s advising them?! Sad, Sad, Sad times at rovers. Kean did ok for us to stay up last year 23 points in last 17 games, as opposed to allardyces 21 in 17games. We have had some decent games, with good football, but been unlucky like the norwich game. But its a shame, and sad for venky’s to not do anythnig about it, and not keep a relationship whatsoever with the fans giving their opinion on all this! I understand frustration at players, as the last few games it certainly does not seem that the players are giving their utmost best, team spirit seems to be dead, compared to what we had in earlier season. !!!
pff, Gamst so this is what you get from some ppl called “fans” of rovers, maybe the worst decision you have taken in your life was to renew your contract with the rovers, really you deserve a better team, not one with a shitty owners, a manager that has no idea of what football is. and “fans” that whistle to their own team, when the team needs their cheers more than anything. And for those saying that FB is the easiest position in the football, tell me the name of 3 world class LB that actually attacks and defends with great quality.

Sorry, but I could definitely see how a manager could change the scene. Warnock, Samba, Nelsen made errors two years ago under Paul Ince era. And once he is replaced, they all performed exceptionally well. What you, Dave talked about, isn’t something fair to anyone. And you just dig the poor things, then no one can be a good footballer, as everyone could have bad time in set pieces, passing, tackling, etc. For a footballer, they must love to see a empty stadium instead of these fans who just pin on them. Don’t stress on his wage again, as whatever his gets, he is still a human being.
The time has come Morten. You and the rest of the players need to boycott the next game. You all surely realize how ridiculous the situation has become.
I accept that we’re destined for the Championship next season but the players need to give us a chance and make a stand.
Is there no way at all that you could refuse to play for Kean as a squad?

Dave, reid is a Cdm and pedersen a winger or Cam, the difference is huge, aswell as the fact that reid has played all of this season for west brom as a full back and has a times struggled, only last week conceding a stone wall penalty. the idea that you blame, Pedersen’s set pieces have been steadily returning to the quality of previous seasons, and with the aerial power of samba and dann being really important for us the fact that your telling our only real set-piece taker to go is in truth not very well thoughtout
Players wouldn’t love to play in empty stadium as then they wouldn’t get the thousands of pounds a week they stupidly earn! And as for 3 left backs who attack and defend it would be easy to name but I’m not bothered about other teams just my own club that I love!!! Not the players, my club, Rovers. Doesn’t matter who plays for them! Not the best place to vent on Morts blog but maybe he should take this in and show it to the rest of the players what is being said! They all should have one, so that they can keep in touch with reality! Just go Kean and take half the team and your waste of space signings with you!

Fans have been abused but nobody care… Fans did not abuse players as we declare 110% Rovers and 0% Venkys.. Come on u blues, come on morten, play like the good old days, like sparky era or Big Sam “set piece” that we really good at before….. Venkys are chicken…. and they wont dare to say “Nobody call us chicken”… we rely on players ability & play as a team…
