Shit result
In our last game we played a good first half and a miserable second half. Today it was opposite. Soon we need to start playing football for 90 minutes, then we will start to collect points. We let in incredibly easy goals, and we are going to have to stop doing that soon, because it’s incredibly annoying to lose football games this way. I got my first goal of the season today and that was fun, and I believed we were on our way into the game again and that we had a good opportunity to get a result from this match. Now we just have to work hard to fix this. Have a nice weekend folks.

Gratulerer med et fint mål og godt spill! En del tilfeldigheter og et effektivt Villa lag idag. Lot du warnock få høre det etter du slo han i lufta på målet? :p
I met you outside Villa Park today, Thanks so much for the autograph. Keep up the good work, on the pitch and with the blog!
Congratulations for your Fantastic match today ! =D Hope that Rovers won the next match ! All guys played very good , you can play the top 10 this season or more ! Congrats For your first goal , it’s not the last one !
Er ikke lett å vinne på Villa Park. Nærmere umulig for oss Rovers…
Får et mål av Agbonlahor! shit!
I grunn, så var alle målene i den kampen fine. Ditt også, Morten!
Great goal Gamst! X hope to score a LOT more through out the season!! fingers crossed we win the next game in order to get the poibts we need!! Again a brilliant goal !!
I don’t know if you are one of Keans ‘inner sanctum’ of senior players (the ones who praise him publicly and get picked each week irrespective of how they are playing) but if you are can you please let him know how utterly fed up the fans are with him. His team selection, tactics, substitutions etc have left us all dumbfounded and I just wish he would do the honourable thing and resign as he is clearly out of his depth. He seems to have a ring of steel around him as far as the owners are concerned but he can’t kid the fans anymore.
Kean out, Kean out, Kean out, Kean out, Kean out, Kean out.
Morten you took your goal very well and I thought you had a decent game today, but I hope you know that this has gone too far and Kean has completely lost the fans today and there is no going back. His record is inconsistent so whatever results come in the near future for me it’s KEAN OUT KEAN OUT KEAN OUT
Great to see you get a goal, Morten!! I’m confident the results will pick up once we get Samba and Givet back in defence!!
Good to see you get a goal today - as a season ticket holder, I appreciate all the effort that you and the lads put in every game, but I am worried about things behind the scenes and hope that things will be resolved before they become irreparable.
With all due respect Blackburn Rovers is a job to the players, back room staff and manager and it is a ‘vessel’ for the promotion of Venkys, an embarrassing and completely out of touch organisation. To the locals and fans, Blackburn Rovers is so much more. Passed down from generation to generation, the passion and love for blue and white halves is as strong as ever and this is why action must be taken. We are not blaming you or the players directly, but you must realise and comprehend what it means to the fans. Steve Kean is clearly all talk and I do feel for him. He has clearly talked himself into a job that he can’t handle. However, we need points to stay in this league and I can’t see it happening any time soon with him in charge. Sorry to be so negative !
great goal today morten. you’re the only reason i even care about the scores of rovers games anymore. i think the fact that you are so optimistic about everything to do with blackburn rovers is great but i’m worried that it’s become blind optimism. kean has shown that he is not yet ready to manage a premier league club, which is why rovers are at the bottom of the table and venkys are equally out of their depth. i appreciate how hard the players are working and how much they care but that can only carry the team so far. the team tactics are an absolute joke right now. rovers are shipping more goals than they can score at the moment: a sinking ship. hopefully the situation will be fixed during the january window, and i mean with the owners and manager. the players have always been good enough. see ya gamst.
matt from USA
thanks for the great goal Gamst ^_^
when will venkys realise that steve kean can not manage a football team?
when will YOU realise that we have played shit for 2 matches now. your performances have been rubbish for far too long now. and dunny getting booed last week when he got man of the match just shows how well he played!
there’s something seriously wrong at our club and it needs sorting. how can a manger who lives in london, get banned from driving, keep his job??
Your goal was really well taken yesterday, and your attitude is an inspiration for us fans Morten. Thank you!
please give this a good read morten- http://roversrevisited.blogspot.com/2011/08/puppet-or-puppeteer.html?spref=tw
as one of our most loyal players you must be as concerned as we are about this, we need influntial voices inside the club to speak up.
Villa played very well and team rovers is absolutely pathetic in defence. Come on kean, how can u let Salgado and Hanley playing like that. And Indian Chicken company please go……… Dunno what to say…..i’m absolutely disappointed…..There is only Jack Walker…..
So good to see your goal yesterday!!=] It is really a good start for you, morten! Hope that rovers can get 3 points in the next match!!
Kean out! Kean out! for Gods sake he has to go!! Great goal though Morten thanks for that.
well played Morten!! Awesome goal!! Great to see you score.. Hope you continue scoring many more in the upcoming games
Have a nice weekend
too late though
and on a serious note, Heskey’s goal could have been easily saved..That was a stupid mistake and Robinson used to be good!! What happened to him?
anyway, what’s done done.. We have to prepare ourselves better for the Everton game and We Have To Win!!
Hiya great finish on saturday u played well.our defence was terrible though that is how we lost the game. Hope we do something against everton.
Hi Morten We were at Villa and we hope you heard how the fans tried to get behind the team especially after half time with the Barmy Army chant. Great goal! We realise that you cannot comment directly about the manager but the fans have no confidence in him (based on his track record) and he has to go. We put our faith in you players for now to show the determination needed to get the points .
Congrats on a well taken goal Morten! It was a fitting finish to the wonderful build up by Holliet. Sadly, that was e only highlight of a very disappointing match for Rovers. I felt that e players tried very hard but lacked leadership n direction. It was also obvious many of e players were jittery n afraid to attack which is prob due to the lack of confidence in the defence. Rovers has always been renowned for resolute n uncompromising defending, once this is sorted out, I’m sure the results will come. Keep your heads up Morten! With skill n labour!
Good to see you on the scoresheet let’s hope there are many more to come!!
Hi Morten and congratulations for your first goal of the season!!
I will be at Ewood Park next week from Japan.
Hope to see Rovers win and you score again!!!
I haven’t seen your goal morten but i heard from friends and family that it was a great goal so congrats. But that dosnt mean we are top of the league we are dead last. Im sorry to be so negative but if the team we all love continues to play like this then we will be playing the dingles in the championship. Lets hope we get 3 points against Everton and start to climb on up the table
Well done on getting a goal on Saturday Morten! However another disappointing result. Something needs to change very quickly or we are gonna find ourselves in big trouble! Still confident we will get a result in the cup and against Everton though!
Also, we said hello to you on Market St on Sunday but unfortunately you where on your phone so we couldn’t speak to you properly. Hopefully see you again sometime mate
Hello Morten. So pleased for you that you scored a goal but we need more than 1 goal per match! I really feel it’s time for a new manager. Kean just hasn’t the necessary experience and already we’ve dropped a possible 6 points. Something needs to change very quickly. So sad for the fans!
Great goal from start to finish, and a great post-game interview from you, as well, fans appreciate answers and attitudes like that. Its tough to see us start with no points, but if we continue to play the kind of footy that produced that goal on a consistent basis, we’ll be flying! Looking forward to seeing all of the teams hard work come through soon. There’s rumors surrounding transfers coming in, and I know we’d all appreciate some pics of the new lads whenever they are official!! I really hope George John comes in, he looks to be the next Ryan Nelson from the MLS! Cheers, and tell the lads to chin up, and stay positive, Morton, we’re all behind you!!!
