Aston Villa Away
Aston Villa at Villa Park is a tough challenge for any team. But we’ve played against this team ten times in the past two years, so this is an opponent we know well. They have lost key players like Downing and Young, but when good players go, it allows for new players to blossom, so this is a game we take seriously. I feel we have something to prove from last game and if we build on our first half against Wolverhampton we have a fair chance in this match. Anyway, this is going to be an exciting match. And I’m looking forward to see the traveling Rovers today, they are a fantastic bunch and I’ve missed them over the summer.

Just saw that header - excellent charge and timing on that, Morten! You showed the fire that the team needs to come back from a shiftless, lacklustre first half. And great ball control and cross from our young Canadian as well.

Brilliant goal Morten but simply not good enough over 90 minutes - not you personally but the whole team, the ‘display’ and the lack of enthusiasm. Kean has to go, I havent been one calling for his head unlike others but I think his time is up - Formica was our best player last week and scored a brill goal yet he drops him…WTF?!
Totally devastated - it’s so sad to see my beloved club, my once proud and once fantastically run Rovers being run into the ground

Disappointing overall. Bent scoring against us, again, to put the nail in the coffin was particularly depressing. And questions have to be asked about Kean’s tactics; no subs until the 75th minute?
Roll on Everton and let’s get this sorted.

Unlucky about the result today. But good header Morten, but as massive Rovers supporters we have to say that ever since Venkys took over, our club has certainly gone down hill! Hope the results are better next week against Sheffield Wednesday and Everton and we will be watching the matches and cheering you on all the way.
