Commercial with our new owners
After several days of hard training we had a little lighter training today just so our body can recover. And that’s okay, so that we can maintain the quality of what we do in training. But having said that we could well have had a hard session today as well, because I’m really excited to get in shape again, especially with football. After training today some of us had to join in a commercial with our new owners and main sponsor Venky’s. It was very funny and we laughed a lot during the shoot. I must say I like the new kit, a very striking colour of blue. They do look a little … tight fitting? Not exactly designed for most Blackburn men

The shirts look great! I bet you all loved being able to star in your own commercial. Who chose who was in the commercial? I bet some of those who didn’t get the chance were jealous big time!

Strips look the fashizzle . certainly one of the nicest ones since the mcewan days. cant wait for the season to start. I know the wild rovers will be playing some very good stuff this year. we all know you have tiger blood morts!! go get em!!

Reminds me of the first ever Rovers kit I had when I was 7……in 1982! Glad to see red trim on the kit, Umbro never fail to deliver…shame about the sponsor though. I’m still not convinced about Venkys and their clear lack of knowledge of the English premier league …..hope they prove me and many others wrong….
