While I had the day off yesterday the rest of the squad had the day off today. So I had to train for my self today, and then I thought it was alright to take some photos of the session. So here it is, enjoy.

By the way, I met Charlie Adam at San Carlo today. I thought about putting in a well aimed tackle in his knees.. just to set the record straight for this weekends game
