New competition
Let’s fire up a competition here. It’s a new year and new opportunities, and Johnathan and Luca was very happy last time, so it’s really nothing to think about. But what shall it be? Better yet, let’s find something together, so you guys can come up with some suggestions. And very soon we launch the competition.

I am having the same problem as Sam here, and I definitely think you should run a competition of the best Blackburn Rovers piece of art?
Oh, I clicked on the Norway flag and it came up with the Norwegian title but english text! Problem sorted…ish
Yes Morten, that last competition made me very happy indeed haha. I have actually had the shirt professionally framed and it now sits proudly in my room. I can send you the pic if you like; it’s sweet!
Obviously I won’t be participating in this competition but I think it would be fun to see some Blackburn Rovers artwork, as suggested by Chris. Or otherwise - on a more querky note - how about a Blackburn Rovers haiku??!! That would really separate the men from the boys

i’m reading fanfics lately, and i wrote some of it.. I would suggest fanfic competition, since i can’t find any fanfic of you.. It would be great, reading your fans fantasy about you, *evil laugh*

What was the prize for the last competition winner? Once I know this i can put some ideas foward! Im new to the blog, I have only just realised that one of my fav all tiem Rovers ever has a blog! This is wicked, keep doing ur thing Morten!

Thats a wicked prize. I’m not sure what to suggest for the competetion but if prizes like that are up 4 grabs I’m keen to have a pop at anything! I will post any thoughts I have. Up the Rovers!

A signed shirt would be awesome. I am big rovers fan from Brisbane, Australia and would wear it proudly. Are there any other rovers fan from Brisbane or a Brisbane based supporter club

Long time reader, first time poster. I am from Tokyo and am a massive fan of you, which is testament to your worldwide fan base!
I just wanted to say that this is a fantastic site and that you really care for your fans!
I think that you are an excellent player - I have been to watch you several times in the English Premier League from Japan - I was there when you scored that superb volley against Fulham - when will I be able to witness a goal like that from you again? So I can come watch another match again!

Well I think the theme of the competition should be humour and the entry that makes you laugh the most should win your shiny cool boots! How about we have to come up with a piece of creative writing ‘A day in the life of Morten Gamst Pedersen’! No more than one page where fans write their own accounts of what the think a typical day for Morten entails, what he is thinking, his activities etc. Either that or a poem dedicated to your time with Rovers. Let me know what you think. Ruby x

Maybe you should do a singing competition and people should put the vids on youtube.
What about a team look-a-like contest, where the fans try to find the best celebrity look-a-like pics for all the players from todays starting 11? Or we try to fill up the pitch with who would play the squad in a movie about the Rover’s triumphant rise from 7th in the league to finishing 4th by the end of the season!! [It doesn't have to be a complete work of fiction, you know...!]
