Bad performance
Yesterday I had a miserable day on the job, and I don’t like it. It’s incredibly annoying to lose football games, and it’s even worse when you’re not playing well. And yesterday I had the day when nothing worked, not even the set pieces. But it is like that sometimes, and it is important to look ahead and work hard to get back on the winning track. And that’s what we do now, and I hope it pays off against West Brom tomorrow. To all the fans I want to say sorry for the bad performance we put on yesterday, it’s not the way we like to appear. I am hugely disappointed with the match, but lets forget that match now and then we look towards the West Brom match.

We all have bad days, please don’t beat yourself up about it. The old saying in England is, “pick yourself up, brush yourself down and start all over again.” It is a frustrating time at the moment but I do think you will start winning again. My dad and I are still trying to get tickets for tomorrow but when we got to Ewood today it was all closed up. I desperately want to go.
heads up morten & on to the next game, got to be positive!
Rovers are utterly and totally doomed. We’ve been turned from the best run club on a shoestring budget to the utter and total joke of the Premier League. Morten alongside our other best assets will be sold for mediocre amounts to make the turkey men money. Simple as. Massively fear for the future and I don’t see where our next win will be at all. Kean’s the muppet puppet is a backstabber and is happy to take our club down as long as the turkey men pay him for obeying their orders.
Absolute disgrace. VENKYS OUT!
Seems like Kean is out of his depth and doesn’t have the support of the dressing room. Although you won’t say it, I’m sure you have pretty strong feelings towards the sacking of Sam. But best to keep quiet if I were you, Morten.
Don’t worry about your personal performance…the whole team played badly. Just pick yourself up and best of luck for the West Brom game
Morten score a free kick against West Brom for me : )
Hayley, you can buy tickets on the gate, there is a cash turnstile.
Morten, tomorrow is another day. Injuries are not helping. Blackburn Rovers is still Blackburn Rovers. Mr Roversmum and I will be there as usual, with the disabled supporters, cheering you all on.
Good luck, Morten
just look ahead as you say, and see what you did wrong and fix it
Alle har gode og dårlige dager. Vi vet du kan Gamsten! Stå på, så kommer prestasjonene etterhvert. Husk! Sesongen er bare halvvspilt.
forget bout the stoke game, its in the past now just keep looking ahead, ur an amazing player, forget all negatives think of the positives, Your an amazing player that may 1 day be best in the world. Keep trying
and you will get there
roversmum is that for away fans too? Is it guaranteed? the ticket office was closed today so will call up first thing. Thanks for that. I feel we need to get behind the team and ride this severe storm.
was a shocking performance, but we need to move on and keep our heads up! it doesn’t help when we have alot of players injured we need to give kean a chance! i know were gonna be fighting till the end of the season but we need to keep supporting the players so they can stay up! keep up the good work gamst! keep wearing your lucky boots!
We were all bitterly disappointed with Sundays performance, but as you say that is behind us. You can bring some commitment to the team, spread your positive attitude. Show the doubters you can do it against West Brom.
:’(
Indonesia, you, and now FL8. Hate this week so much! But, i realize, that all we have to do is think positively. Look forward, 2011 is waiting. Please, don’t feel any pressure.. Ganbatte kudasai!
P.S: only losers use lasers, Malaysia! LOVE INDONESIA!!
Godt vite aat jeg ikke er alene om å ha en dårlig dag da. Det er no av det jævligste som fins for å si det mildt. Synd med kampen da… Men dere vinner neste
Opp med humøret
the players need to start forgetting sams gone and get over it. we need to stay in this league and as long as the players are playing like that we wont
Big game needed v WBA! Fire up the boys morten! We need al 3 points
hey Morten (:
don’t worry man, the fans aren’t pissed at you, or the rest of the team, its Steve ‘brown noser’ Kean and the Venky’s circus we’re pissed at when we boo.
kick a little ass from us at west brom, hopefully things will get better in time x
Do the business against West Brom Morten, we need to take the pressure off our club with 3 points today.
Tell the lads to go away… watch braveheart (or another inspirational fighting film)… and come back when they have a bit of passion and want to win.
I wish all you wenches further up would stop being so pessimistic. Whilst the performance against Stoke was probably the second worst performance I ever seen (the other being Paul Inces Rovers against Wigan away…). Theres a new set up at Rovers but the teams hardly changed from that which achieved 10th last season and that can only be a good thing!
If Venky’s hadn’t come in we’d have been regulated in a couple of seasons regardless. We were a sinking ship. A club that spends 70% of its revenue on player wages is just not sustainable. We’ve had a couple of poor results but thats to be expected. Just be glad we didnt get Alan “kiss of death” Pardew.
Go Gamst! wish you best of luck & weave your magic against the baggies will ya!!
cheers from the sunny island of Singapore
We are all frustrated and worried about the current situation at the club esp if more players decide to throw in the towel but i think we need to relax a little and stop putting even more pressure on ourselves.we just need a win (hopefully today).we r not the worst team in the league.then see what happens in january.as for today,il b betting on gamst to score again!keep up this good form mate
well done for yours and the rest of the guys courage today. That was a total test of your strength of character and the players have done us proud. Forget what’s going on behind the scenes, this is our club and if you, Morten and the rest of the team do your bit and we do our very best to support you, we’ll do alright this season. I saw how gutted you were when you came over to the Blackburn End on Sunday but you’re a true professional to be able to turn things around today.
