A nice dinner
Yesterday I went out for a nice dinner with my old physio John Hartley and his wife Sally, it was very nice to meet an old friend again. John stopped for a few years ago with football in Blackburn and went over to Rugby, which was a shame for us because he is extremely talented. While we were at the San Carlo resturant we met our old boss Graeme Souness, and that was nice. Souness was the manager who signed me to Blackburn Rovers in his time, so I have a lot to thank him for. He gave me among others, my debut against Manchester United. Although he was my manager only for a few days he is the guy I have to thank for giving me the chance in the Premier League. Anyway it was very nice to see him again. And how about Barcelone? ^ I think it’s great you share this blog with your fans, Morten, and I don’t think you should be pressurised into revealing facts about your private life if you don’t want to. After all, this is a footballer’s blog…not Hello magazine!!
However, I would like to hear your view on the new takeover. Does this put players under more pressure to perform? Surely it makes Sam Allardyce’s position as manager a little less secure.
Also, some insights into your training sessions and training regime would be cool. Or some videos with some players. The only ones have been with the national team in Norwegian and despite my 4 years there, I don’t understand it haha! Despite an obvious love for Blackburn Rovers, you seem to have more fun playing for the national team. Do/did you find the culture difference difficult? Because I also moved from Norway to England around 10 years ago and initially it was a huge shock…!

Barca va helt rå i går! Litt skuffanes at Real Madrid ikke klarte å svar etter de første målan, men all ros til Barcelona etter den kampen ja! Veldig synd du ikke kunne spill mot United forresten, hadde gleda mæ til det!;/ Håpa du blir kvitt skaden fortfort, og ikke blir plaga! Lykke til med alt!
