Today it is Red nose day in Norway. This year the theme for Red nose day is children’s health. With simple means we can give children a safe birth and life-saving health care. Each year 8.1 million children die of causes we can prevent. They die of pneumonia, diarrhea, malaria, measles or complications before, during or after birth. So I encourage you to do what you can. And remember, every contribution helps.

Today I had a treatment and a run to check my thigh, it went pretty well. But we are still going to have to take one day at a time and see what happens. I’ve got my whole family on visit, and tomorrow Stig comes as well, so I’d really like to be fit and ready so I can run out on Old Trafford on Saturday. There is nothing as satisfying as having your family and friends over when you are playing a game. Well, to score when they are here might top it. Now it is family time, so have a nice evening everyone.
