Newcastle - Blackburn
Tonight we meet in-form team Newcastle away at St James’ Park. They have just defeated both Sunderland and Arsenal and they play really well at the moment. For us it’s about having balance in the team and take care of the chances we get. Backwards we are solid, although we have given away some easy goals this season, and we always creates chances going forward. If we keep focus we have a good chance to get a good result. The player to watch out for is undoubtedly Carrol, he big and strong and very good in the air. But tonight, he will meet Samba, who is just as big and strong, so it’s going to be a good fight. It’s been a while since I’ve been at St.James’ Park and it is going to be fun to play there again. Newcastle have some very good supporters which gives good atmosphere in the stadium. But still, I like those sitting in the away section a little better anyways

rolemodels on the pitch, maybe.. but what they do in their sparetime is their business.
drink, smoke, drive, gamle etc.. just play well.
^ I still think footballers (and any public figure) have a responsibility to act with integrity, as they should be setting an example to kids. I’m not saying they should be angels…they are normal people after all. Drink, gambling - that’s a lifestyle choice, I have no problem with that. But taking drugs or assault is against the law so I think that’s where you draw the line in terms of what they can do in their spare time.
Well done with what you said about barton after the game, conducting yourself like a true gentlemen and congras for the 2goals in 2 games plus 6points!!
