Happy birthday to John and Erik. The chef at hotel Bristol have done a superb job on this cake, but I can’t help wondering who of the kitchen staff was the model for this cake? ;)

Todays training was just easy restitution with boxes and the mood went to the roof when John Arne nut megged his kid brother Bjørn Helge. Carew was so happy he was all over the place so his knee is fine. The mood in the squad is great at it is so fun right now
