YEAH!!!!!
It was incredibly with a win today, and I was incredibly relieved when the referee blew his whistle. It was almost like an anticlimax after the tension that have been built after a series of poor results. But right now I’m just really happy for the three points, so tonight it will be nice to celebrate with a good steak instead of having to make do with soup on a Saturday night. 
How about that game from Yakubu by the way, four goals are simply amazing and I am so happy on his behalf.

MGP, I really do feel that you are out of your depth in the premier league now, especially playing Centre Midfield. Do you not see it yourself? You are far too slow now, you got done several times by fitter and sharper opposition. You supposedly can take a good free kick but can’t remember your last decent one. Yeah we scored from 2 of your corners today but they were hardky amazingly flighted crosses that only you could produce, they were simple clips to the back post. On Tuesday at Cardiff you didn’t dare come over to fans after game and yet today when you play no better your first to the fans. Your living off former glories and a reputation from several seasons ago. You’ve got to see it yourself! Don’t get me wrong you’ve been a good servant to the club and never disgraced is off the field or anything, a model pro I’m sure but your time is up. Stop taking a huge wage from us because I bet if we put you up for sale tomorrow, we would get no bids from any other Premiership club. If I performed like you have for the past 3 or 4 seasons then I would no longer be in a job. If we had a manager who had anything about him or one that was prepared to manage and get results rather than be your best mate, then I’m sorry but you wouldn’t even make the squad.

Morten wins more balls than he loses, and he is the player that runs the most in the entire Premier League, and he has ever since he came to Blackburn Rovers. If you don’t believe me, check out opta statistics.
You say you can’t remember his last decent free kick. I ask you, do you watch football? Or do you suffer from Parkinsons disease? He scored two on free kicks last season and have one already this season. And he always is in the top of the premier league on assists from set pieces. Don’t believe me? Check out opta statistics.
You say if we had a decent manager he wouldn’t even make the squad: Big sam named Morten his most important player, same as Mark Hughes.
Another fact to you. Morten is, and have been for the last 3 or 4 seasons involved in about 70 percent of all rovers goals. That means he has been involved in the play leading to the goal without the other team touched the ball. That is more than Nani at and almost as much as Lampard. Don’t believe me? Guys, a few posts back i critisiced robbo for not throwing himself at every shot that comes his way and that because of this we concede some goals, i stand by that but i admit that he is still a very valuble member of our team and despite his flaws is still a great guy to have in the team. So to hear Dave Hogan slag morten the way he has just pissed me of. Morts is a great all rounder runs for the full 90 and always does his best to give 100% . Dave your rant is total bullshit most teams would love to have morts on their books, our team is frustrating to watch at times , yes, but morts ability and effort can never be questioned and i can guarantee that many more love him than hate him, my missus even fancies him and guess what , id let her do him. because morts is a rovers hero and for that i salute him.

Well played and a good win yesterday morten. Nice delivery for the corners! However have you changed your style of free kicks? You seem to hit them with more power these days, rather than with more curl (as you did wonderfully against man utd in 06′ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLCO86NiEHc). Yesterdays win is the start of the revival for rovers!

I don’t care about statistics. I care about results. He is not a centre midfielder and never has been! How many of those “assists” have come from simple clipped corners or free kicks that pretty much any professional footballer could do! He hardly “assists” by playing a wonderful 70 yard pass or dribbling around 3 or 4 players! Re-watch the last 3 games when we conceded goals and tell me that he did what a centre midfielder should do. What I will say though is credit to him for having a website and having the balls to let people comment, fair play. A few other rovers players should have one like the overweight, 70 mins, slow and rash tackling David Dunn!!!

lol sonny, well btw, it was a great game and Yakubu has improve a lot, and for those who said that Morten isn’t good in that position or that it was his fault that Rovers lost some games, that’s not even nearly to the truth! let me remember that in every games there’s 11 players for each team so you can’t blame just one because of a bad performance, actually on the team there’s like 2 or 3 players that really doesn’t deserve to line-up, and for me and I guess that the 80% of the rovers fans Morten is our best player since he arrived.

Good win & well played but Morten Rovers are still making the same huge mistake. We hit too many long balls, Robinson always kicks long, other teams
play it to the full backs and keep pssession. Rovers work hard to win back possession and then Robbo boots it straight back to them.According to stats
Rovers played the most unsuccessful long balls of any premiership team.
Robbo should be passing to the full backs and playing through midfield.
Take the Chelsea game long balls from Robbo to Junior, Chelsea full back towered over Junior and won the lot. If the ball had been on the ground I think Junior would have given him a very hard game.
Please try and talk about this to Robbo and Kean , if we kept the ball we would shoot up the table.

I cannot believe what we have become with so called supporters being so anti the club and now the players. Just lay off and go watch someone else. Morten works incredibly hard, runs miles for the cause and I thought had a very good game. Dave Horton so its so easy to chip a ball to the far post miss all the opposition and find one of your team mates, try watching every game you can far and wide and see if you can still be so smug with your comments. I am a rover for 49 years and proud to be. Morten in my eyes you epitomise the club
